the pools were acceptable, they were a good size.
the air conditioning in the room did not work properly, it only blew hot air. the mini bar also failed to cool items effectively. these issues.

uninterested staffmissing amenities
i found the restaurant service quite lacking. the staff seemed uninterested. they were quick to clear tables , but offered no additional services like coffee or tea refills. also , my room lacked basic amenities. there was no coffee maker or kettle available.

the food was good with a wide selection at breakfast.
the heating in my room was not working correctly despite a staff member's attempt to fix it at midnight. the air conditioning units made a lot of noise all night which kept my children awake. the spa and pools were quite mediocre with many not working properly.

The food was excellent with a wide selection. They had desserts, fruit, soups, and even Hipp baby food available for kids. Tap Water was free with dinner. Juices and coffee were also available at breakfast.
The toilet was dirty and the fridge temperature was higher than the room temperature. Our room smelled like a pub because of the neighbor that smoked on the balcony. Guests did not had any privileged time in the aqua park.
